Used Clarity Plug-In Hybrids for sale or wanted

sounds like a clean Touring and a solid deal, especially with HondaCare still active

But that was in 2023. The 8 years of HondaCare on this 2018 Clarity PHEV have likely expired, like mine have.

My Honda dealer keeps trying to buy back my 2018 Clarity PHEV with 25K miles on the odo, but the war makes this a bad time to get rid of a car that runs on electricity.

I replied with a long message that I'd be happy to trade in my Clarity PHEV if Honda hadn't canceled their all-but-ready EVs or if Honda hadn't abandoned plug-in hybrids. After a owning continuous string of Honda cars since 1986, the Clarity will likely be my last, but I'll keep driving it until the wheels fall off (or until Honda stops offering needed parts like they did for my 13-year old gen-1 Honda Insight).

* Latest Oil and filter 6-22-26 @42,494. *New 4 Michelin OEM tires 12-5-25 @ 40,133. (Lots of tread left but I believe 8 years per tire date codes is old enough. Did the same for my 2013 Sprinter RV and 2012 Acura MDX) *Right front wheel bearing replaced 2-5-24 @ 32,075mi. *Transmission Fluid, Brake Fluid, and Fuel Pump (Recall) Replaced 11/27/24 @ 36,434 mi. *New Honda battery 5-27-23 @ 29,542 mi. *All records and all work done at Honda except some oil/filter and cabin/engine (latest 11-9-24 @ 36,514 mi) filter changes by me. *Tinted Windows, Splash Guards, All Weather Mats, *Back seat covered with Honda pet cover so should look new underneath.

I hear "If you qualify for the used EV Federal tax credit (up to $4k), there's a way to do that (look up "keysavvy"). Check with your accountant as Im not a tax expert, but you know she's on the approved list of eligible cars. Be certain you qualify as it's a "tax credit" and not a rebate." From another post/seller.

Very, very good condition! Excellent to me means new. Selling because getting a bigger, SUV-PHEV. Can't do full EV yet.
