Since EVs and charging infrastructure are well established in Canada, can't imagine the Chinese trying to introduce another type here now. Might not sell a lot of cars, if you can't charge them.
If the battery bus and fast DC charger are in the same voltage range, a handshake translator (i.e., adapter) should work. But if a battery is at 800 VDC and the charger 400 VDC, no.
