As long has the car has an LTE connection and you remotely have access to the internet, you can connect to your car from anywhere. Is it Bluetooth based, the link to the car?
How far can you be from the car for it to operate?
I’m getting that message too now I have the map update. So I guess there were some software changes too. I don’t mind being reminded I left the doors unlocked.Since the map update, I've been getting nagged about the doors being unlocked. I can't see anything in the Bluelink app notification settings that controls this behaviour. Anyone have any idea how to turn it off?
When I first used Bluelink the doors were locked but they showed on the app as unlocked. A simple lock doors command from the app seemed to fix it.I’m getting that message too now I have the map update. So I guess there were some software changes too. With the updated map, bluelink sends a notification that the doors are unlocked (when they are), without going into the app itself. When I first used Bluelink the doors were locked but they showed on the app as unlocked. A simple lock doors command from the app seemed to fix it.
That's actually a cool feature in case you forget to lock it. It first sounded like it was a bug and sent the notification even when it's locked. With the updated map, bluelink sends a notification that the doors are unlocked (when they are), without going into the app itself.
Every time? Maybe resort to this:With the updated map, bluelink sends a notification that the doors are unlocked (when they are), without going into the app itself.

I believe it is Bell.Thanks. The brochure says there's a complimentary 5 year blue-link subscription.
I guess you pay afterwards. Any idea which carrier it uses (Rogers, Bell, Telus)?
I just ignore the warning, have not received any e-mail notifications yetThe car warns you if you leave the sunroof open when you turn it off!
You might be able to crawl in a sunroof electriceddy, but I don't think I could![]()

I wonder where the sim is located. No, blue-link is not Bluetooth based. The car has an actual sim card and is internet connected.

Look under the screen on the screen pedestal. You will see a little door at the exact centre of the black plastic. It pops off revealing the card.I wonder where the sim is located.
