Does anyone have a solution to keeping the driver=side floor mat in place? The Velcro isn't doing the job, and I was wondering if anyone has come up with a solution short of just using spray adhesive to permanently adhere it.

Photos?

I have a 2019 and never seen a floor mat problem. Did have one with my 2010 Prius about 14 years ago.

I've heard the model 3 floor mats are a known issue, especially that top tab that isn't well secured.
double sided carpet tape is the likely best solution to keep it stuck without ruining the carpet.

Tried that and it worked for about two months. I just wish they had used the twist locks like every other manufacturer seems to use. The velcro wasn't a bad idea but it wasn't robust enough to do the job...especially in my wife's car.

if you're willing to 'drill' into the oem carpet, you can add a button. they sell them on amazon for a few bucks.

Drilling the hole in the mat may be the hardest part. good luck trying to get it to not spin on the bit.

I didn't know that that the button was available...that seems to be the best solution, thanks for that. I've tried to drill through carpet before and you're correct, it's not as simple as it sounds.
