Look at Canadian Tire for rims. They have 50 offsets and are cheaper -- quality looks the same to me.

Guess I am not doing it right. Can't seem to get 17" wheel from CT's site if I just use the Clarity as the input. Do I have to input the exact spec instead of using the car model?

It allows you to select -1 sizing after the search.

Annoying that you can’t enter the criteria directly.

I got these from 1010tire.ca with Michelin X-Ices

1600cad with lock nuts, rings, taxed, balanced and shipped.

Installation next week with first service A1

Anyway, just came back from the Honda dealer and this is their price 215/55-R17 tire, rim, valve, env fee & tax

Toyo GSI-5 + 17" steel rim = $1378.60

Michelin X-Ice 3 + 17" steel rim = $1453.09

I got my Kia dealer to price match Costco price on X-Ice tires for my older Optima, he even went lower.

I've attached a page I was given by the dealer when I picked up my Clarity in June. Looks like Honda recommends 215/55R17 tires for the steel rims. Part number for the steel rims is 08W17-PC4-300.

I purchased a set of Yokohama IG52C in the above size, on the above rims from the dealer when I picked up my car. I'll know in a couple of month's time if there are any issues, but I don't expect there to be based on the attached page I received from Honda.

Cheers,
Gary
Short update ... I had these tires installed by my local Honda dealer last night. There doesn't appear to have been any issues with the fit of these steel rims/tires.
Cheers,
Gary

How did those C-Wheels work out for fitment? Was considering those as well
I was in an accident and my car was written off before I could put them on. Amy2421 got the same ones and they were a perfect fit . No adaptors, also hub centric . I think she posted some photos in another thread.

Thanks for the info, I was able to find that post by Amy2421 plus pictures! Sorry to hear that about your Clarity. Hope you found a suitable replacement.

Hello all, I lucked out at my local Discount Tire on their black Friday sale. Got 17" alloy wheels and Michelin X-Ice3's for around $750 after rebate. Wheels are not what I would call beautiful but I like open spokes since they are easier to clean and at $90 each it was hard to turn down. Now I just have to wait for one of Portland's icy mornings(and hope I don't get hit from behind by a Suburban with regular tires(why do people think that AWD helps them stop???))

Yep, got my snows on a couple of weeks ago. First icy roads of the year, a 16 year old with there license for only 2 months didn't know how to drive in the conditions.

Ugh! Hope nobody was injured.

I wonder if they will insist on replacing the EV battery. Someone else had a small fender bender and they replaced the battery as a precaution, and this one looks like it was a lot more serious impact (rear-ended, and pushed into someone else?).
