A new (fairly) new review.
At a little before the 5 minutes mark, he review the headlight performance, doesn't look too bad for me
At 1:15 -- where are these shopping centers that will charge it in half an hour?!![]()
Yea!! I quickly noticed the high beams are not that bright! My Civic had much better high beams.
A new (fairly) new review.
But what's this cargo cover he talked about? I certainly don't have one.
Love it.
Just buy enough till your Clarity looks like Charlton Heston’s Jeep from the Omega Man movie (really showing my age on that reference). And then maybe tow the Bobcubsfan generator behind you.
Oh you mean me? I was referring to the hard piece behind the back seat. There is a window for you to look into the trunk right behind the back seat, so if Honda change that hard piece to a soft curtain and make the whole rear window liftable they can make it a hatchback alreadyIn the "Do you wish you had waited for the 2019 Clarity" thread, someone complained about the hard cargo cover, wishing it was a soft curtain like the Prius. I went out to our Clarity to see if I could figure out where the cargo cover was. I didn't find it.

I may be all wet with this speculation, but it's the only explanation I can come up with for the small size of the trunk pass-through.
While the LEDs have the wavelengths that make reflective signs “pop” and standout out very well, what Viking and I are observing is that the high beams don’t illuminate the road or cars hardly any further out than the low beams.
Presto, i previously posted that dealer had adjusted mine and I agree with you that the focus point doesn’t help any.
Unfortunately, there is only one adjustment for up/down, so the highs can’t be adjusted separately. No one has found a right/left adjustment which would be useful in correctly and safely adjusting the highs up a little and a little away from the approaching cars as is customary.
So I don’t see a solution for this.
If you really want to see how unhelpful the high beams are just park your Clarity side by side with another car at night on a flat area and alternate the high beams between them. I saw a big difference.
Love it.

You must have missed the drama with the HV range indicator. A recently purchased Clarity likely has the update to make it read more accurately (it won't let the range estimate go up as you drive around town on EV).Off point: Noticed your HV miles is 937 miles. Did you replaced the 7 gallon gas tank with a bigger tank? Lol. I have 1 month old Clarity and never saw higher than 350ish miles for HV.
