I had a similar problem a month or two ago and called Honda support. Was pleasantly surprised at how the very first person that answered the phone walked me through a relatively painless, but slightly non-intuitive sequence and since then everything is working fine. She [the technician] attributed this to an iOS upgrade that I'd gone through just before the problem occurred and essentially required me to reinstall the app and pair the phone to the car again. Have really appreciated the remote climate feature. It's really nice to slip into a cool car on these hot days.
