Can you post a picture of the mud flaps. How did they fit? I assume the shape of the wheel well molding for the extra height of the car is above where the mud flap mounts. Thanks.

Here are a couple of photos of my quite dirty looking OEM mudflaps. As you can see, they are a good fit. I suspect the small increase in depth of the wheel arch trim is most prominent around the top section of the arch since the bottom attaches to a standard F56 bumper and sill so it has to be almost identical to the ICE F56 mounting.

I have a 12V gooseneck magsafe charging setup in my i3 right now. There's a 12V plug right under the dash so it works well. Here's a random photo I had with it:
Hoping it'll work just as well in the Mini.

I love my sealed charging port cover. Keeps it dry and clean in there when driving around. I also have the Mini all weather mats front and rear, and the matching boot protector. The diamond pattern of the mats works well with the diamond stitched satellite grey leather seats and they seem to be doing a decent job so far of keeping grit and dirt within the border of the mat. I left the protective film over the Mini logos on the mats to try to reduce scratches on the logo for a little bit longer.

I made my own cell phone mount using Sculpey and a couple incredibly strong magnets I salvaged from an old hard drive.

Using Sculpey, I was able to mould the shape for the mounting surface onto the ring of the central display.
Gorilla double sided tape holds the mount to the ring. I think it has an organic, Gaudi-ish feel about it.

I have both the door handle bins and the stubby antenna.
The most useful thing I added so far is the proclip phone holder:
I bought a cheap magnetic phone mount on Amazon to go with it.
I have searched high and low on Amazon for this clip mount and have been unsuccessful.
I did make a mount for that area using Sculpey. I posted a photo of the result later in this topic.

I bought off proclip's site. It was $35 for the clip (I think) and then I bought a cheap magnetic mount off Amazon for $10.

Thank you for the clarification. I had thought the proclip was from Amazon. The location on the edge of the central display ring is by far the best place to mount an iPhone - tilted toward the driver and still doesn’t obstruct the view of the display.
I am still going to stick with my Sculpey mount. I think the organic look matches the MINI better.

I'm not meaning to be critical, just truly curious. Why isn't CarPlay adequate for iPhones? I've never felt a need to see my phone's display in the SE.

My personal preference is to leave my phone in my pocket while driving any car whether it has CarPlay or not, but I know others like to see their phone. Having CarPlay makes it even easier to leave your phone in your pocket; assuming you have an iPhone. It’s six points on your licence and a £200 fine in the UK if caught using a mobile phone in a car, even if it’s not being held up to your ear.
I have the built in Mini arm rest wireless charger but can’t use it because my phone is too big, but even if it did fit I’d still keep the phone in my pocket. If I take it out in the car I always forget to take it with me when I get out.

CarPlay is great but given my iPhone is a 6s, and my battery health is down to 83%, I get less than 12 hours life. If I am in the car for a half hour or so, charging from USB gets me through the evening.

Plugging in to charge I get, and in that sense I suppose a decent mount would help. I use the inductive charging, but if I needed to use a cable for faster charging I'd probably stick the phone in the slot of the cupholders.

Anyone with a newer Iconic trim and it's wireless charging have any input? In my experience most built-in Qi chargers are awefully slow, so making the assumption the Mini one is as well?
Magsafe charger is my go-to since it gives me a super easy means to plopping my phone somewhere to charge without futsing with wires, and it's a nice fast charging rate. Don't really care if it's visible to me though.

The space it tight. Won't fix a 'max' phone. And the speed is much slower than the USB-C port. I don't typically use it, and I thought I would.

It doesn’t accommodate the iPhone 13 pro max (nor the 12 pro max). My wife’s 12 pro fits no problem but it isn’t particularly fast as you say. If speed is the aim either go with the MagSafe or cabled option from a suitable 12V adaptor as the USB C socket doesn’t break any records for speed either.
