Sorry, missed this question. They are 4 different WAV files, so they sound different and are different volumes.Do they sound different or just different volume?

Looking forward to the video on these two changes! And hearing the result of if you opted to keep the light ring on one color rather than by driving mode...I attempted my first two changes yesterday. Those warning messages that display about systems being disabled when the app is coding are disturbing. But all seems well! No more seat belt reminder klaxon upon startup, and default driving mode is now Sport. Starting up without that horrible seat belt chime is really nice. I'll get into more changes this week.
Mine worked with comfort access. It says to grasp the handle while holding the button, takes about 2 seconds to close mirror/windows/sunroof. Only opens the mirror, not windows, that seems to require the remote. Can't remember whether I used the Mini or i3 setting for that. I'll check tomorrow and let you know.I tried the auto fold mirror thing, but it only worked with the remote and not with comfort access, which is lame.
Hmm, interesting! I'll give that method a try.Mine worked with comfort access. It says to grasp the handle while holding the button, takes about 2 seconds to close mirror/windows/sunroof. Yeah, it's so nice to not have that around. I've literally never driven a car without my seatbelt on first, it's been engrained in me just light putting on my undies before my pants. Also, I just checked again with mine, you don't need to hold the handle, just push and hold the button for 1 sec. It will close and open the mirrors, and close the windows as long as you hold the button down. Not sure which version I used, as I turned it on for both MINI and i3!Hmm, interesting! I need to turn off the seat belt chime on startup. It doesn't bother me in our Clubman, but it seems extra loud in the SE, even with the volume on the lowest setting.
Without going into the App again (and it's not exactly fast), I do remember the mirrors were in the head unit section. That seems to cover the non-obvious categories. Folding only works with comfort access, but it's as simple as pushing the lock button for 1 second, so not a big deal. Seems like to UN-roll windows requires the remote. I realized I turned everything on in both MINI and i3 configurations, I'll give a try with just i3 config and see if that changes the windows feature without remote. At least it isn't hot yet so don't really need that. Also like the pre-conditioning setting for when I leave work...I just got my ODBII connector today. Without having to fumble through the menus, can someone post a quick list of the locations of the following options in Bimmercode?
Turn off initial warning message
Turn off initial seatbelt warning sound
Make mirrors auto fold on lock (or car off) and unfold on unlock
Turn off forward pedestrian noisemaker
What's i7?I turned it on for both MINI and i7!
It's the new super-secret eBMW they're making custom for me!What's i7?

I tried this morning, and it worked! Thanks again for the tip. I need to program our Clubman to do that too.Yeah, it's so nice to not have that around. So the Mini's aren't like a dwarf sun on your behind, like the i3? THAT"S GREAT!!Has anyone increased the temperature of the seat heaters? I’ve always shied away from adjusting that as I figured it’s as it is from the factory for a reason, but I find mine a little lacking compared to previous cars. My seats don’t get nearly as hot as the steering wheel heater does. I guess I expected them to heat to a similar level, though I know there is much more padding and material in the seat than there is in the wheel.
Our i3 seat heaters appear to be nuclear powered as they get very hot very quickly, so I expected the Mini’s to do likewise. I may increase the limit by a degree or two to see if it makes a noticeable difference and just revert to stock if it doesn’t.

If I accidentally leave my i3 on anything other than the lowest setting it's like it's trying to bake my behind!
Do you have leather seats in your Mini? Always wondered if the i3 was so warm because of the thinner, cloth seats mine have. That’s exactly the description I should have used when describing the i3’s seat hearing. It’s incredible. At full power, the seat heating on the Mini feels like it’s maybe just less than level 2 on the i3.
