Another BMS recall for the Kona

In order to evaluate the condition of our cells and the effectiveness of our BMS in re-balancing the cells I would like to be able to see the change in individual cell voltages while the BMS is performing its magic.
Anybody have a method to do this without having to crack open the modules and attach measurement wiring to each cell?

Additionally, if someone has collected real data that could be used as a comparison benchmark, that would be extremely helpful.

Car Scanner does a great job doing that.

Thanks. I assume you are using Car Scanner to monitor your cells.
Have you ever observed/recorded the balancing in progress?
Only when charging and observation only.
On the 2024/25 pack, the cells are 1P, not 3P as previous years, so the voltage differential between them was easy to monitor.
