Any Canadians get their $250 from Hyundai?

  1. Did Hyundai Canada confirm they received the dealer submissions for the amounts?

  3. I was going to say that you've been waiting an unusually long time for them but since there's more than one of you I guess it's not THAT unusual. I will tell you that in my experience you need to enlist Hyundai Customer Service to get things moving. You need them to confirm that your application has been recieved and, if not, you need them to kick your dealership's butt because they are almost always the bottleneck with incorrect or incomplete submissions forms. I personally called each, HCS and my dealership, several times. Lots of headaches and eye-rolling ensued but eventually cards appeared.

  4. Nothing here too and life has been too busy to pursue it much but I’ll have to do that this week I guess. Sigh.

  5. Like I said, first step is to confirm with corporate that they received the submission from the dealer. Until that happens, don't expect to receive your payments.

Not good on Hyundai. But that is the reality of what you are dealing with here. I have an Ioniq 5 on pre-order, which I don't expect to see until later next year. By that time, there may be other and better EV choices available, and I may drop my order. Real shame, as I took the car for a test ride and the wife and I really liked it. Perfect car for what we want. But this experience has certainly left a sour taste with this company.

  6. Well bugging the crap out of them has finally paid off, we got the email for our cards!. There won't be any celebrating until we have the cards in our hot little hands, then we'll buy the lottery tickets. When we went to the website to order the physical card the email address they had for us was still wrong but we were able to correct it on the page.
We're in the same boat, love the car but very disappointed with the company. We also have a reservation for an Ariya but without having seen/driven one the I5 is still top of our list.

  8. Going to buy a lottery ticket!! The cards have arrived.
For those still waiting, my advice is to first make sure, with Hyundai, that they are giving "prepaiddigitalsolutions" your correct email address.
    Then just keep bugging Hyundai.
    Best of luck all.
