Fuel Pump Recall - Long Wait for New Parts

I got my snailmail (usps) letter today RE the fuel pump impeller. It makes for odd reading. It says "Due to limited supply of parts, at this time Honda is prioritizing the repair of vehicles experiencing symptoms..." We've waited months since original HondaLink notification, and now the physical letter came in the mail, but with the notice that unless you have the issue you may not get service. I called my dealer's repair area. They indicate Honda has been sending them a small number of parts, but wouldn't say if I could have one. They asked me to call back in a month or two, which is the same I was told by them when originally notified via HondaLink.

Edit/add: I read the letter carefully, and it *does* say i will be notified by another letter once I can have the service. I was initially confused as I figured once I got the USPS notification I could get the part.
This second letter is the "we [continue to] ask for your patience" plea.

Got it today too. Same thing Hondalink is telling me every day with a warning message I can't get rid of. Same thing with continuous CarFax emails prompting me to take the car to the dealer immediately to take care of the recall. Just annoying.
Anyway, they originally said we had to wait until fall to replace the blessed pump, unless it fails before, which is good to know. Does anybody know how to make the warning message on Hondalink disappear? Is there any way of asking Carfax to stop sending those messages asking to do something we're unable to?

Unsubscribe from CarFax emails and delete/uninstall Hondalink until the recall has been satisfied for your car.

You’ll likely survive the ordeal and may even decide to live without one or both after the repair.

Bumping for reminder... Anybody here experienced this failure yet? I've gone through about 750 gallons of gas in mine since 2018 (20 of which since they sent the recall notice) and no problems yet.

Not me, nor any other Honda owner I know, even though they all drive ICE vehicles. Luckily, fall is finally arriving and this c.r.a.p. will hopefully be over (unless they change their minds...)

I really don't think it's a big issue on the clarity. I have more confidence in the fuel pump than most parts in the damn thing.

I very much love my clarity, when it works properly, so not yet. Unless it proves hopeless I will keep on trying to get it to work well.
What is not working well? My Clarity will be 7 years old this December. The only thing I don't think is working well is the windshield washer.

Steering makes clunking noises, both front and rear suspension squeaks, creaks, and groans, horribly clunky at low speeds, and not a fault of the motor mounts (transmission problem?), jerky transition between ev/hv to engine drive. Those are the main issues.

Your car must have something broken because I'm having none of those problems. I consider my 2018 Clarity to be the best car I have ever owned.

I dunno what country be broken that could cause so many seemingly unrelated failures. Either I'm exceptionally unlucky, or the clarity can't tolerate being driven with enthusiasm on occasion.

I was at the dealership today. I’d be surprised if the replacement parts will be available until the winter time based on what they said.

Except my dealership keeps sending me letters to schedule the "recall service" even though they don't have the parts yet for all cars.
They are supposedly doing the HRV's now.
