Ah, different environment, different experiences, I guess.
I know of one RV in the entire western suburbs here (I’m sure there are more), but local bylaws limit where they can be parked and for how long (ie, not year-round). I’ll concede that supplying juice to an RV never occurred to me. So as to the super-vague wording, I’m willing to bet that in context, the NFPA anticipates millions of EVSEs to be installed in the near term, but little growth in the driveway-bound RV or home welding markets.

Pretty sure there must more than a few, or there wouldn’t be any sales of Grizzl-E, FlexCharger, Dual Charge or any of the dozen or so other plug-in EVSEs out there.

Oh I am sure they exist. And as you said earlier, EVs will be the future growth for 14-50 installs, not RV or welders. All I was saying is that I don’t know them personally. Most of my friends who have EVs either have hardwired EVSEs (which are cheaper and safer although less portable) or suffice with 120V charging. And I have one friend who has a plug-in EVSE in a 6-30 outlet.
