What is this? What should I pay attention to?

After charging the battery to 80%, I couldn't drive. The 12V battery is new.

Yes, a new auxiliary battery. How do I do it correctly? Can I charge it without removing it from the car? When does the 12V battery charge, and under what conditions (while driving, after a certain amount of time from the main battery, etc.)

What voltage is the 12V battery after being OFF for several hours ?
Measure in the car on the actual battery posts, with terminals connected,
It should be at least 12.5V.
If its 12V or less it's not being charged.
With the car ON it should read at least 14V, indicating it's being charged by the traction battery.
If not, is it 14V on the actual terminals, indicating poor contact between the terminals and the battery posts ?
Maybe a faulty new battery ?

I'll check, thanks. I understand that when the traction battery is charging, the auxiliary battery isn't charging? Should the auxiliary battery be charging when the car is turned on?

1. "The Aux battery should be charged during traction battery charging."
Perhaps I should have phrased that better:
"The 12V Aux battery gets charged when the traction battery is being charged by an EVSE."

2. "With the car ON it should read at least 14V, indicating it's being charged by the traction battery."
