We don't coddle our SE. It's the primary car in our family of 2.
Our Clarity PHEV gets out of the garage only for long trips or on the rare days when we can't schedule our activities so that we both get the SE. Both cars are wearing winter tires.

New user, been reading for a long time! Took out Rudy (that’s what the kids named the SE) out from the West Island to downtown MTL… the snow couldn’t stop me! I have the 1st Melting Silver III in town

We got the same storm last weekend on the west coast and got around 10" of very wet snow. My SE handled it no problem but it was definitely a bit of a snowplow!
On the plus side, you didn't have edit the photo by blurring out your license plate the way some forum members are wont to do.

That looks like the one F60 SE I’ve seen in the wild! My MA said the Untamed Edition SEs he’s sold are on their way to Canada right now, along with one for stock, and other dealerships are showing them as on display now, or have placeholder pics on the .ca site.

we wanted to switch to a resolute edition se but we would lose our place in line when I spoke with Mini Canada. If they do another GP edition I would maybe consider it but not sure id be happy with it Vs a GR86
I spoke to the owner of the F60. She loves it and it’s from Mini Montreal Centre

Yeah they really are. I mean, it was logical to expect that after running the R3s for the past bunch of years on different FWD and RWD cars. I’m even running them slightly overinflated, and they’re still plenty sticky.

I'm very happy with wr-g4s. I'm in occasional snow land, so they make perfect winter tyres here. Mostly, it's just cold and damp.
