I think what they mean is that their Honda Clarity server is down or the connection is fd's up on their end. My connection has not updated since 9/5 at 8:37 pm. The Android app was last up dated on 7/19 and has been working fine since the last up date.it's a known issue with clarity.
This thread makes it clear that it is not client side problems (nor car, phone or app updates), but server side issues.
I have emailed [email protected] which is the address for app support at the Play Store.
