Trunk would not lock

Would love to put someone in the trunk and see rear passenger reaction when they look through the plexiglass.

Unless a devious neighbor puts the fob under the hood on some days and removes it on other days, it wouldn't explain Bob's seemingly random premature enginulation.

I had a similar situation last week. I was in the process of moving and had filled my trunk with boxes and things. Unknowingly I had put a box with my spare key in the trunk. I thought something might be jamming the lock mechanism, so after 20 minutes of shifting and removing things, I see my spare key in the box with my miscellaneous junk from a kitchen drawer.
