Travel level 2 charger

Hello all,

I have a 2022 MINI cooper SE and I'm looking for the most universal travel charger. I may encounter a NEMA 14-30 plug or 14-50 or even a 6-50 or 6-20R. Basically, I want a travel charger that can be adapted to any situation. I see lots of info for home chargers but not much for travel adapters.

I've been looking at the Mustart Travelmaster with eight different adapter plugs and 32 A max, but it's $300 plus $50 for each adapter plug.

The Max Green is $260 and comes with five adapter plugs, but it's only 16 A max.

Neither is UL certified, so buyer beware.

IMHO, a portable EVSE should be:
  • Dual voltage 120/240 VAC
  • Adjustable current 6-40 A
  • Set of adapters from NEMA 5-15 to NEMA 14-50 and other common plugs
  • Power and error code display
  • Optional WiFi/Bluetooth for phone App

Yeah I would have to agree, double duty as well. Use at home and on the go.

I definitely don't want to go cheap. But the Travelmaster would be pretty much exactly what I'm looking for -the UL of course
