There is a pending recall for a software update related to brakes that I have read about. Check http://www.insideevsforum.com/community/index.php?threads/hyundai-kona-ev-recall-199.10072/. When I had the dealer do the battery recall work (software update only), I asked about the steering wheel noise, and they said they knew about it and would fix it, but needed to get the parts in stock.

Please share the steering wheel parts list once yous gets fixed up.
I located this for the brakes on NHTSA:
Integrated Electronic Brake System Malfunction
NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V748000
It doesn't say it'll resolve that clunk issue(some) owners are facing. The "fix" appears to only be software.I am not convinced this may be the only fix since people are experiencing audible noises.

OK, the dealer repaired the issue of the scraping sound with the steering wheel yesterday - they replaced a worm shaft bearing. There is a technical service bulletin for it, so if you give this to your dealer, they should fix it under warranty: TSB#20-ST-003H-1.

Thanks for that update, perhaps add your original description of the scraping noise and TSB# (fix) to this thread so it is easier to find;)

That's the one pinned to the top of the Kona EV page.
