I drove to work in the SE for the first time Monday. Akebonos are on front and rear. I purposely used low regen both ways on my 50 mile round trip. Mixture of highway and back road driving. I'm totally satisfied. I'm looking forward to not dealing with dust.
Interesting tip: I also had excessive brake dust on my revolite wheels. I gave them a good bath, dried them off, and applied 303 Graphene spray. There is much less brake dust sticking to the wheels now.
