The whole thing has turned into a disappointment. Do I trust that they will address any major problems that may arise? No, I don't and that isn't good. One thing that really gets to me is lack of any support or efforts at good public relationships from the dealer. To me it is a given that Hyundai Canada is a disorganized mess concerning the Kona EV. But it is unfathomable how no weekly updates or attempts at good will are coming from the dealers for those that have waited for months. Obviously money is their interest and not the purchaser. I think I need a break from even thinking about Kona as it just stirs up angst for me. Since my husband threw out the charger deposit issue, I guess I will go ahead with the deal, but it's highly unlikely I will stay with the current dealership for servicing.
