Sounds like brakes. Motor seems unlikely as it's FWD.I will do!
I believe it’ll be either a partly seized brake calliper, regen module or motor itself. If I had to guess.

It has been claimed, in an earlier report on this forum, that they do. I have no way to check it myself.do the brake lights light up during regenerative braking?

Would be nice if the LKA status (green or white) would be placed into the HUD to let you know if its active (green) or waiting (white).
To the two other Ontario PPL. Im in rochester, so similar weather. Im getting around 4-4.5 Miles/kWh. Rough calc is 14-15.6 / 100km, 95% highway.
If LKA is off, there is no sidelines in the HUD. If it's on but cannot detect the lane they are gray, and if it detects sidelines they are white. If you drift off the according line will flash.Hey, I'm pretty sure it is, just in a different way then the car icon going white or green. Next time you use your HUD, look at the colors of the side lines. I remember the side lines being white, but when LKA is active they change to green. I will have to test it out again next time I'm out. If I'm wrong I apologize!

*Update My latest 100% charge hit 399km projected range. It's creeping slowly upward.

Well, Ontario so...
I have had in winter mode since delivery. I charge to 100% . I drive 90 kmh or less for 80% of driving. But it is 360 almost always. I also tend to get a kilometre per projected kilometre so the "guess-o-meter" is fairly accurate. I can only dream of 480 I think. Waiting for Spring and Summer to see if any magic happens. I'd love to hear from any Ontario or Quebec owners to see what their range has been. BC and California reports just depress me!
I'm beginning to think that those reporting such high efficiency simply have commutes and driving habits and conditions that lend themselves to efficiency: Stop and go, city speeds, downhills etc. My efficiency has been very consistent - along with my habits and commutes. The only variable I have no influence over is ambient temperature and the car is certainly responding to that change as expected. My total charges have been rising in lock step with rising outdoor temps.I live in BC and don’t get great efficiency. Over the 2400km I’ve driven since February, I’m averaging 18.5kwh/100km. I believe it has a lot to do with my type of commute: 64km roundtrip (95% on the highway) with tons of gradual hills both ways. When I drove 30km in the city, I had 12.5kwh /100km. The efficiency return from regen isn’t enough to improve my efficiency when on the highway doing 90-115km up inclines just to keep up with traffic. What I did notice was focusing on coasting at level 0 (as opposed to regen) on my descents and flats has improved my efficiency to 14-15kwh/100km. Reducing speed to 90kmh max and not using hvac had minimal impact. As noted by another, the EV efficiency history or whatever (green leaf symbol on AV screen main menu) is really useful for charting all this stuff.
Wildeyed, do you take your phone to bed to be able to post at 4:30 in the morningI'm beginning to think that those reporting such high efficiency simply have commutes and driving habits and conditions that lend themselves to efficiency: Stop and go, city speeds, downhills etc. My efficiency has been very consistent - along with my habits and commutes. Some of us are unlucky enough not to live in BC!Wildeyed, do you take your phone to bed to be able to post at 4:30 in the morning![]()
I'm sorry, I thought we all were blessed. I guess you get up by 7:30 then!!!Some of us are unlucky enough not to live in BC!
also, your username sounds so BC ish. Some of us are unlucky enough not to live in BC!
I think the username sounds Alaskan. lolalso, your username sounds so BC ish.
I wasn’t using cruise control but I ran the diagnostics and got that error message too. The dealer reset it saying there didn’t seem to anything wrongTwice now I've found "smart cruise unavailable - conditions not met" on dry days when there's no external reason. Both times turning the car off and on corrected it. However, this time I ran vehicle diagnostics while it was malfunctioning and it said something like my car may be "experiencing a condition" and a full diagnostic at the dealer is recommended. Anybody else ever get such a message? Did anyone else run diagnostics and get a similar prompt?
I had the same issues. It seems that touching the braking pedal fixes the issue. From what I've read , one condition for the smart cruise control is to have used the brake pedal X amount of time before using the smart cruise control.I wasn’t using cruise control but I ran the diagnostics and got that error message too.
