Side collision on the way to work today. Other driver took off.

Dashcam will be my next purchase after the repair.

Maybe it is time for some fluorescent side racing stripes to make me more visible at night.

Man, that sucks. There's a special place in Dante's circles for hit-and-run drivers (just inside the one for door-dingers).

In my opinion, other drivers just either cannot see us or our cars are just too small to get their attention. Also, most drivers think that our cars are under power and always tried to cut into our lane. We need to be more vigilant in this big cars world. Just my too cents.

Yesterday, a few blocks from home I came upon a fire-engine, two police cars, and a tow-truck dealing with a crash resulting from a Ford Fiesta turning right from the center lane in front of an ICE MINI Cooper in the right lane. I shuddered, knowing that could have been my beloved SE with the demolished front end if I had been there a few minutes earlier. Fortunately, an ambulance was not one of the vehicles dealing with the crash.
