I was thinking that that got titled incorrectly (SE instead of an S), but the VIN decodes as an SE ALL4.

Looks like these are definitely order-able now.

There are five more in transit to Braman.

I’m waiting for the initial owner reviews of the Countryman SE in the US. For me, the “on paper” demerits are range and price. Consumer Reports was lukewarm on the new Countryman ICE but I suspect that they will have better things to say about the SE due to its lower center of gravity and the absence of the dual clutch transmission (not to mention the engine stop/start). Any word on the cost of a typical lease? Are dealers promoting a $7500 cost reduction with a lease?

The dealer that I spoke to is promoting the $7500 cost reduction, which would result in roughly $2k of savings for me, if I ended up buying the car after the lease. I'm not entirely sure that it is worth it, given the roughly 10 pages of fine print in the lease document. Imagine holding off on customizing a car for three years.
