Rotate tires

On my R53, I found WRG4s to be fine in autumn/spring weather.
I'm going to attempt to measure the rolling resistance of tyres I use.
The plan:
Gentle hill outside my house. Stop at a certain pole. Put in neutral, measure acceleration to 60 feet and 1/8 mile using a free app. At low speed transmission drag and tyre resistance are dominant.
Yeah on the '03 Crapolla, the Toyo Celsius all-weather* tires actually rendered better mileage over the last four years we owned it than either the Michelin all-seasons on which it was delivered or the various A/S and decent winter tires it wore over its first 15 years.

*With the recent proliferation of true, year-round all-weather tires sporting the triple-peak-mountain-snowflake certification logo, we're going to need to come up with less confusing terminology than what the tire makers use. “All-weather” is being used for these true-all-seasons, but sometimes that’s also seen with regular all-season tires as well.

My original Kooks lasted about 30K (I replaced them at 28K with a little tread left before the wear bar so I could keep one as a full-sized spare.

I rotated them, fore and aft only, every 6K. They wore very evenly.

Can anyone confirm the rotation pattern. I found on some Mini dealer sites that FWD is listed as front tires to the rear on the same side and then cross the rears when moved to front. Wasn’t sure if this is the same for the SE or only ICE coopers.
