Apparently my BMW i3-REx and Prius Prime do not qualify.

I have a Model S but after putting in my profession and location I didn't qualify so it may not be excluding based solely on vehicle type. I recently took an EV survey done by either USC or UC; I wonder if this is the same group. Maybe they are looking for a distribution across vehicles or by location...
