Agree price is good after all incentives.Who knows what the future will bring? It could be bigger discounts or no cars at all.
A ~$5K discount is decent. Combined with other incentives, it makes for a very affordable vehicle.

California should have $1500 incentive.Lithia Honda in Medford, OR had a Touring and 2 Base models shown in inventory last week. A bit of a drive from Sacramento, but scenic. No idea how they’re priced.
Funny, we had ours delivered to Oregon from a CA dealer nearly 2 years ago.
The dealer keep tell me CA rebate applies to only Sacramento county even though they were listed as participating dealer.
Super frustrating that Californians with Costco get $5K on the hood from Honda, but as an buy-curious Illinois resident "best we can do is $800 off MSRP". Guess its used for me!
Confirmed today. Very few in So Cal. Dealer not expecting any more in, no 2022.
Dealer offered to find one in some other state (guess where there is no electric?)
Love the clarity. Sadly, not replacing 19 with 21.
Sadly, there is only the Rav4 Prime that would be in the running. At around 50k, ( could buy a base Rav4 for 26k) I think way over priced.
My guess is the next phev from Honda will be a CRV. Did I read Europe already has?
But who knows, boat load could show up.
Until then, enjoying my Clarity.
However, can you actually find a Rav4 Prime for sale? Its price appears to be what the market will bear.Sadly, there is only the Rav4 Prime that would be in the running. At around 50k, ( could buy a base Rav4 for 26k) I think way over priced.
Actually you can buy a PHEV from Chrysler - the Pacifica plug in Hybrid. 32 miles of EV range and plenty to find under $40K new. $45K if you want a fully decked out Limited model. Also qualifies for the full $7500 federal tax credit as it has a 17kW battery under the middle row seats.Sadly, there is only the Rav4 Prime that would be in the running. Keep looking, though. I live in IL and found a Clarity in MI about 3-1/2 hours away and was able to get a little more than $4000 off MSRP (last October). There were better deals in CA at the time, I think, but that’s a different story.Super frustrating that Californians with Costco get $5K on the hood from Honda, but as an buy-curious Illinois resident "best we can do is $800 off MSRP".
