PHEV charging question

Is it bad to charge a PHEV too often ? like twice a day ?

Leave home full charge
drive 30km
Charge at work as well (free charge at work)

Yay? Nay ?

and this would be 3 days a week (home office other two days), the other days the 50-60km most PHEV have (1 charge) will be enough and roadtrip/longer distance obviously the engine kicks in
 
It was designed to be charged all the time. Just driving it charges and discharges the battery.

Fill it up (with electricity) every chance you get.
 
My approach was driven by:
  • grid charging cost < gasoline cost
So I would leave in the morning with 100% charge and drive EV as long as possible. Running errands, I sought out free EVSE and tried to arrive home before the ICE kicked in. Only our BMW i3-REx works well as the Prius Prime had too short of EV range and control laws that turned on the ICE too often.
