I will post an updated list of PID’s tomorrow. It seems that we have hit a wall and can’t get any further. Not really sure if much time is being put towards the Clarity since it is a niche car. Still looking for an OBD-II tool to capture useful battery/EV system and ICE data from the Clarity. Anyone tried anything other than the Scangauge? Any further news on the Scangauge?

So I've got a Bluetooth odb reader and have Torque Pro. I believe a number of other residents of this forum are using a similar setup. the stock codes give you very little useful information with the gas engine is running as far as I can tell. Does anyone have a list of custom PIDs for torque pro?

Scan gauge is easier to use out of the box for basics like rpm, load, coolant temp.
Even if it had everything I wanted, its limited to 4 displayed items.
Torque on a phone or tablet would be the best way to go.
Need experts to find pids for heater element amp draw, temps on all coolant loops, plus valve positions, charge/discharge rate, engine hp applied, and so many others.

I have been using the Blue Driver system ($100). It gives all the regular stuff and Battery SOC. You have to start the logging each time you start the car. Recording SOC, RPM, Road speed, Temperature, has helped me develop my own operating techniques for the Clarity. I think it allows display of 8 items: The update time slows down with over 5 items. I wish it was compatible with CarPlay (it is not).

I also have the Enginuity system ($800). It looks like it has lots of interesting information, but I have not figured out what each PID is... It is also a laptop computer system, so not as convenient as phone app.

Are there any OBDII apps that are compatible with CarPlay?
