Per a comment from Gabriel Bridger in the Woofcast 701 edition of the White Roof Radio podcast, MINI will start including NACS adapters with the 2026 Countryman SE starting with the November production. Native NACS ports are expected as part of the Countryman's LCI. No comments or speculation about when those adapters will be available to those of us who already have our MINI EVs.
...And that bargain used Countryman SE Todd mentions is the one I nabbed.

Makes sense to incorporate the Neue Klasse energy master for NACS. Gabe's sources certainly used to be Pat McKenna, but I would even wager a guess that MINI Glencoe has also provided information (i.e. dealer bulletin for NACS).

I believe Todd & Gabe both drive U25 BEVs so at least one of them does lurk around...

I know Gabe has driven one or two U25 BEVs, but I don't think he owns one. Todd definitely owns one, and he does all the vinyl work for the local MINI dealership so probably gets some inside scoops on occasion.

My U25 Countryman is installing the NACS compatibility software update (11/2025.30) as I type this. The notification about this update mentioned "future availability" of the adapter, and that I would eventually be able to buy it through the app. No promises on the date or hints about the price.

I got the notification in the MINI app this evening about Tesla Supercharger access, and it identifies the Lectron Vortex Plus as the approved adapter. That would have been nice to know a week ago when Lectron offered a 20% discount on this adapter.

At least it's good to know Supercharger access for your MINI Countryman SE happened on the same day as for BMWs.

I received no such notice from the MINI app, so it appears my MINI Cooper SE isn't invited to the Supercharger party.

As a consolation, please enjoy this iX charging at the Brighton, MI site.
The LED turned blue! Ah, the joy of funneling money to Elon Musk.

If I drive my legacy SE 45 miles (the non-Eway route) to Motor City MINI, will they have a software update so I can join in the fun?

EDIT: Oh, @MrSnrub has found out more: Lectron doesn't know if MINI can resolve Supercharger access for F56 SEs.

I got the notification today on my MINI app, it was a bit onerous but the Countryman figured it out eventually. I freaking love this car. Took it up to Stinson Beach last weekend, and used a Rivian charger to help reduce my range-pucker. Shite charger, but the extra 50 miles helped me relax making some bacon Sammies on the beach before leaving back to east bay. Good to know we can use "SOME" Tesla chargers that won't require an adapter, but won't make a difference compared to the NACS adapter based on our charging capabilities, right? Maybe I'm not understanding it correctly, though.

Regardless, love my Maxi!! Sold the Cooper SE and the SUV that was required to get to the Sierras. Back to an AIO!!

Welcome back to the MINI family, drdunkyn! After a brief hiatus, I see you have the ultra rare two-tone Indigo Sunset JCW U25 SE.

In your region, the TSCN access is marginally beneficial for road tripping in CA, but a great addition when the IONNA Beacons/Rechargeries/Relays pop up as they will split the NACS & CCS stalls.
