Mudflaps

I bought a set (hint way cheaper online than the dealer) but I haven't been able to put them on yet due to the cold, snowy weather. Next nice day we get I'm hoping to clean the salt off and put them on. I'll let you know how it goes (but it may be a couple months.)

can you share the link where you buy them? Thanks.

Anybody have a grey Clarity with their mudflaps installed? I got mine but haven't put it on yet. ImI curious to see a photo!

Here you go. I installed them myself. It isn't as scary as the instructions lead you to believe. Just need to use a bit of care. The front ones are pretty easy. The rear ones are more difficult, and a bit uncomfortable to install, but I'm 78, and working on my hands and knees is more difficult than it used to be.

I strongly suggest having a small ratcheting right-angle philips-head screwdriver available, as the rear tires are very close to the screws. There was an earlier thread in which I and others discussed details of the installation process. The mud guards were an excellent investment. I hated the way mud and water sprayed up on the doors and the rear area prior to installing them. It has very much minimized that annoyance.

I really don't think that they have affected mileage in any significant way. I'm still getting upwards of 55 miles per full charge on a moderate temperature day.

We had the dealer install them, so I can’t speak to ease of installation. But here is a side view of ours with the mud flaps installed. It isn’t a great picture-but should give you an idea. I find them pretty unobtrusive in terms of looks on the grey, as I imagine they would be on the black.

Oops! I guess I never replied back, sorry gang, I got the best price on mine from HondaPartsPrime.com (I have no affiliation other than having bought my parts from them.) I had no complaints and I got mudflaps and floor mats.

Thanks for the photo!I just got them installed today. I bought them at College Hills Honda with the intention of installing them myself. I kept putting it off so I had the dealer install it. I agree that it doesn't stand out much on the grey.. It's barely noticeable that I forgot to look at them before leaving the dealership.
