Little label with an IMEI number - where does it belong?

Hi,
I turned in my leased 2018 Clarity PHEV Base car to my local Honda dealer as a trade in for the 2020 Fuel Cell. Due to gross negligence on the part of the dealer disclosing who pays California sales tax on the trade in, they "reversed" the transaction and said they would return the car to me. The car got delivered with a little white sticker affixed to the windshield. The sticker is about 3/4" wide, 1/2" tall and has six lines of information.
  1. Serial number with bar code
  2. IMEI: xxxxxxxxxx number also with bar code
  3. M/N: AR-4MA 21V, FCC ID:
  4. FCC ID: xxxxxxxx
  5. IC 20080 - MMV01
  6. Designed in California | Assembled in China
I assume this has something to do with the TCU. Does anyone know where it belongs so I can put it back?

Thanks

Maybe I'm not calling it the right thing. The Clarity has some device that allows for mobile communication (HondaLink). That is how we can remote start and stop charge, turn climate on and off. It seems that device should have an IMEI. It is mobile communication equipment and a mobile equipment identification number would seem appropriate. Our phones are the same. They have an IMEI.

Post #3 https://insideevsforum.com/community/index.php?threads/tcu-and-hondalink.8473/#post-95543 includes a clip from a page in a Clarity Manual that references a Telmatics Control Unit TCU) that the car uses to communicate with Honda Servers to allow for HondaLink communication with the car.

All irrelevant. Please see the very first comment. We already know what it is, and it is not the TCU.

I looked at the OP and your first comment. After looking more closely at them, it does appear that your original comment is correct. While the Clarity does have a TCU that would have an IMEI, the model number - as you pointed out - does match to a GPS tracker. I saw the TCU - IMEI connection, but missed that detail first time through.
