My Canadian Honda Clarity stopped charging agian. This time, specifically with my home's level 2 ChargePoint charger. The car detects that the charger is plugged in but no electricity is flowing into the battery. However, I can charge it fine with the OEM Honda level 1 charger. Any ideas on what may be wrong? I still have warranty but the last time I took it in for warranty, the dealer kept my car for a week.

I don't know if it's related but I washed the car at a coin car wash yesterday and then tried using a broken public charger. Then when I got home last night, it charged fine overnight using my level 2 charger. It's only tonight that it suddenly decided to stop charging with my level 2 charger.

I replaced the 12V battery 2 years ago so it shouldn't be dying this quickly.

Is there another Level 2 charger nearby you can try?

Doubling down on @insightman comment, I'd first suspect the Chargepoint EVSE is the culprit. I have had a lot of issues with public Chargepoint EVSEs. If the car is charging on Level 1 and you don't have any codes showing, then that's my bet. Could be something as simple as a problem with the handle plugging into the car. I had to change out one on my EVSE when it started being flaky and shutting off during charging from losing a connection. (Easier to change it out than to troubleshoot it, and I had an extra one lying around.)

The battery gets hot faster during a level 2 charge. If the system calls for the battery coolant pump to start and something goes wrong with the cooling, the charging will stop. Level 1 is so slow the battery heats less, possibly not ever calling for cooling. The fix for me was replacing the coolant pump, battery coolant, and purging the battery cooling system. Perhaps that could be what's going on. Good luck!
