No, the JuiceBox units (or any other L2 EVSE) listed above require a 240v supply (they can be ordered either as a hardwired unit or with a 14-50 plug).
The "charger" is actually in the car, and an EVSE like the JuiceBox (or the stock charging cable) are essentially smart extension cords with redundent safety features that supply electricity (120 or 240 VAC) to the car.

I picked it up from costco. 40A has been at 549 for a while now..Can't beat their Customer service and return policy..
