Juicebox 40 handle frozen? / Not remembering charge limits

Anyone have a good method for unsticking a frozen Juicebox 40 (latest model) handle? It's stuck to the EVSE.

I also noticed that it keeps forgetting the charge defined charge ceiling. It must be reset each time. Is this the normal behavior?

I've never had that problem. Regardless, it sounds as if the switch to the fixed resistor is broken.

You can buy a replacement J1773 from Amazon/eBay and easily replace it.

Did you contact 'enel x' support yet? What do you want for that unit?
