I got a great deal from eBay, the 21-foot value plus kit (includes 5-15 and 14-50 adapters plus wall bracket) for $350. The eBay listing said it had cosmetic damage but what I received is in pristine condition. It works great, I just plugged it into a 15-50 receptacle and it set itself to 40 amps. I am currently using it as the home EVSE for my second EV. And now I have a nice portable level 1/level 2 solution for road trips.
