I note it says the car was in front of a slow EV chargepoint. I had thought this issue was limited to fast charging. Now my (uneducated) guess is it might be related to a bad connection. This article says they think it may be the BMS. Hopefully, you car owners have the latest update and are parking you car away from buildings.

Possibly one of those new 11 kW 3 phase OBC with a L to L short?I note it says the car was in front of a slow EV chargepoint. I had thought this issue was limited to fast charging. Now my (uneducated) guess is it might be related to a bad connection.
All I've read about were on AC charging, two on the portable unit. I don't see how it matters personally as there is no stored energy in the charging connection.I note it says the car was in front of a slow EV chargepoint. I had thought this issue was limited to fast charging.
