How many Claritys are expected to be built for 2017-2019?

Those have already been built. Per carsalesbase.com, ~33,000 have been sold in the US. Those numbers include PHEV, BEV and fuel cell models.

To answer my own question, according to goodcarbadcar.net, 1,737 were sold during calendar years 2017 thru 2019. I believe these would be the PHEV, since the other variants weren't offered in Canada.
