I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It loaded and runs fine, and correctly reports battery/gas, odometer, and location for both of our Claritys.
I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It loaded and correctly reports battery/gas, but the odometer read-out still shows two hyphens and, as for the past few months, Car Finder's UPDATE LOCATION can't find my Clarity. One thing did change: HondaLink now reports 'Unable to Connect to "HondaLink"' when I try to activate Climate.

Maybe my Clarity (S/N 001244) is too old.

Insightman, I found that I needed to turn wifi on and link my Clarity to my home wifi for the odometer reading to show up in the HondaLink app (android phone). Also, if I do not have a wifi connection, my Clarity, when I check the HondaLink option in setting, shows no HondaLink connection. I have an early 2018 Clarity Touring, too. "Find my car" does work for me but it took a few days after the app uninstall/install cycle for everyhing to sync up again (same after I did a factory data reset for the Clarity).

A bit late to the party, but my 2018 still only shows the charge amount. No gas, mileage. location, etc.

I got the Bluetooth message but it makes no sense. Bluetooth range is too short to work if the car is not in the garage, and maybe not then. Checked and the car is connected to WiFi.

No tab in the info menu. This has been useless for months.

Uninstalled/installed twice so far.
