I think it may be their server and not the update. I haven’t updated and mine went from always updating everything to just updating the odometer. Gerrrr!
Ours just updated - accurate as of 6:04 AM. It still doesn't have the "time to charge" info, which is annoying. (Updated app, out of touch for a couple days consistent with most of you).
I'm not seeing an update in Google Play. I'm still on v 3.6.0Updated app on android - info is current.
3.6.0 here too, that update was last week I think. I didn't mean to imply that there was an update that solved the problem, just that my app is current.I'm not seeing an update in Google Play. I'm still on v 3.6.0

So, no new update on the app, still on 3.6.0, but you are now again seeing current charge status on HondaLink - true?3.6.0 here too, that update was last week I think. I didn't mean to imply that there was an update that solved the problem, just that my app is current.
That's right. My wife took it for a short drive this morning and the app updated as usual. Preconditioning worked as well. So, no new update on the app, still on 3.6.0, but you are now again seeing current charge status on HondaLink - true?

Thanks. I just selected "Stop Charging" in HondaLink, and after a bit of cycling, it again reports the current Charge & Range info. That's right. My wife took it for a short drive this morning and the app updated as usual. Preconditioning worked as well.
The app was released on 5 June. The problem began on 12 June. I have not updated the app and yet I have the problem. It is not the app.It is most likely the update to the app that caused this problem since the timing of the problem for everyone is coincident with the update.
