I do the same thing. We drive with ECON on, Sport off, and HV off 100% of the time around town. To me that is the equivalent of EV. We can drive for weeks or even months without using more than a smidgen of gas. I'm pretty happy with the ability to drive in EV that way pretty much all the time.
“Stay in the blue and no gas for you.”
Have I become an old fuddy-duddy?
I only go past high noon on the power meter very rarely when I have a tight merge onto heavy traffic on the expressway. I get plenty of acceleration with EV only around 11:00 to 12:00 (only 1 person in car, level roads and A/C).
And for the last 3 months I’ve consistently gotten 55-65 actual EV range (DII reporting 60-69 estimated range and I don’t go all the way to 0) depending on how much Interstate miles I do. I’d call my driving style moderate; not Mr MaGoo’s grandma but not Sterling Moss either. (you youngins may have to Goggle him)
