Home charging recommendations for Clarity Plug-In?

Unless you really need a level 2 charger now based on your driving patterns, in the US I'd suggest holding off as there's a decent chance that the individual federal tax credit for installing EV charging infrastructure will come back at some point in the next year or two, especially if there are no utility company or state/local rebates you would otherwise qualify for.
 
Edison in los angeles is offering a rebate of $1500 to install a 2nd meter and charger. All i have to pay for is the charger itself. I jumped on this opportunity since the install cost more than the charger.
