First custom Honda Clarity PHEV 2019 (Photo)

Did you make sure you can get low rolling resistance tires for those wheels? I doubt Honda would approve of you modifying their lease-only Clarity Fuel Cell car.

So first of all is a PHEV sorry for not mentioning it.
And camber = only a little part of the tire is touching the ground = really low friction with the road.

I was just joking about the tires. Obviously, any mods other than adding full wheel spats will lower the car's fuel/electricity economy. The photo you modified was the Clarity Fuel Cell. Here's how I would modify my Clarity PHEV.

Hehe i wish they didn't p**** out and they stick to they're concept car, but what can we do it's always like this. Let's hope that in the future they look similar or better than this one.
But i'm still hyped of customizing a Clarity, doing what no one did.

Nothing wrong with being passionate about anything that’s worthwhile. Apathy is the real problem. I say go for it!
BTW, normal, ho-hum, and ordinary are highly over rated!

Gotta be a pain to rotate the rear tires on that, though.
I have to remove two Dzus fasteners on each wheel spat to change the tires on my gen-1 Insight, so that car would be just fine for me. There's one annoyance, however, when filling the rear tires it takes extra time to move the car a foot, get out, see if the valve-cap is visible, get back in the car, move it another foot, get out, see if the valve cap is visible, fill the tire, repeat for other side.

i wonder what they'll do after with the, though, crush them?

probably. However maybe Clarity owners will get lucky if Honda sells some of the FCEV and BEV bodies for salvage. Would be a good source for body and trim parts for the PHEVs.

I like the look. Highlights some of the unique features of the car

While modding cars in general like this hits near and dear to a younger version of myself, I feel like 1) It'll be really hard to accomplish without the aftermarket parts support - does anyone make coilovers for Clarity?? How about a camber kit? 2) For me, It defeats a lot of the purpose of the luxuriousness of the clarity and 3) I would hate to smash those funky rear control arms and/or potentially cause any damage to a battery pack over a speed bump.

I got the clarity to get out of modding - thank you very much; and so far it's been wonderful.

To each of their own unique style.
