Hi,
It looks like Saturday and Sunday sunrise will be perfect weather for another set of benchmarks:
IF I have time, I may do a 'pulse and glide' vs 'cruise control' benchmark. Using my 2019 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus in 'standard' acceleration mode for six, opposite direction, same road runs:
It looks like Saturday and Sunday sunrise will be perfect weather for another set of benchmarks:
- 25 mph - without head lights, close enough to sunrise
- 50 mph - without head lights
- 75 mph - " " "
- CHAdeMO
- CCS-1
- J1772
- Tesla
IF I have time, I may do a 'pulse and glide' vs 'cruise control' benchmark. Using my 2019 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus in 'standard' acceleration mode for six, opposite direction, same road runs:
- Pulse and Glide protocol:
- Use "N" to glide to the low speed, 25 or 30 mph.
- Use "cruse control" to accelerate to the pulse speed, 50 mph.
- Measure "end-to-end" speed.
- Cruise control protocol:
- Set to "end-to-end" speed.
