Duosida Overheating?

I finally got my 20 amp 240 outlet installed. I plugged in my duosida 16a lvl 2 charger and set it to begin charging at midnight and charging until full. When I awoke in the morning the clarity was fully charged but the indicator lights on the evse indicated overheat protection. Odd since it fully charged.......
Thoughts?

Contact Duosida. It either overheated or is giving false alert to a non event. Either way something’s wrong with it. Make a warranty claim.

It was a misreading if the indicator lights not a problem with the charger.
