I'm sure you're thankful that you're not trying to shoehorn an SUV into your collection. Going from an Insight to our larger Clarity required removing 3 pickup-truckfuls of "project wood" to make enough room in our tiny garage.
 
I’m hoping to get our car Thursday or perhaps this weekend. The car got to port on the 25th and was released to the transport carrier on the 28th (per my MA). It still hasn’t shown up at the dealerships yet which is 7hrs from the port (Oxnard to SF Bay)…fingers crossed it’s tomorrow. Im guessing the holiday weekend slowed things down a bit.

?!@?!#@! I am still at the port. :( Looks like I missed that boat too. Mine got to the port on the 23rd. Next up on the schedule is the Tijuca sailing on 6/2 (tomorrow) and arriving Hueneme 6/24. If I miss that one it is the Sagittarius Leader sailing 6/9 and arriving 6/30.
 
My little guy got to Port 5/16. Was at port yesterday. Mini USA had no ship info yesterday. In transit today. I think the shipping company takes inventory, scans the car's information into their manfesr, and then uploads it to BMW who cross checks, and then updates their system.
 
Hello, I ordered my mini SE March 31, and it has been in QC status for over 3 weeks. I called mini USA last week and they confirmed it was still in QC. Thoughts on why it is in this status for so long?
 
I checked this morning and My Mini Garage finally said, "In Transit". Weird because I was off work yesterday and called 866-ASK-MINI and they said it was still at the port and has not been assigned a boat (it was in the port since 5/16). Its going to PHMPOA (Oxnard, Ca), I wonder what boat it is on. I thought I missed the Heritage Leader but am not sure.

You are on the heritage leader with me. I called yesterday and got the same answer. That's why I think the shipping company takes the inventory and uploads it to BMW who then updates their system. You may get the same email I posted. How far off are our VINs - 582?

My VIN is 80066, is that before or after yours?

I bought the car through a broker so I do not get the dealership emails. I just emailed my broker for her to inquire with the dealer.

When was your car built? My car was finished on 5/16 and got to the port on 5/17. Thats crazy if they built that many cars between yours and mine, assuming they count by 1.

Does the Vin number matter? :( I guess I am the only one didn't make it onto the 5/30 vessel with the similar production date :( I saw people updated on the worksheet that their mini were at the port later than my mini but did but they made it to the Heritage Leader :(
