I got a barrage of dashboard warnings this afternoon and I have no idea what triggered it or what the problem is. Has anyone else experienced all these warning signs all at once? Is there a way to avoid taking it to the dealer? Any DIY fixes would be greatly appreciated or at least an explanation of what could be causing it. I was able to get home okay with no apparent problem driving the car. It's just unnerving seeing all these warnings out of nowhere all at once.

You're reporting the classic signs of a Clarity PHEV with a failing 12V battery.

A failing 12v battery has been known to cause a multitude of dashboard warnings, so that may be a good place to start looking for the cause. Many auto parts stores will load-test the battery for you for free. If it is the 12v battery, a prior thread on this site provides suggestions for battery replacement alternatives. Costco and Walmart appear to be the most popular choices for buying a replacement.

Do you think it's safe to drive as is until I figure out what's causing it and how to fix it? I can manage without those features, but just wonder if it's a sign of a bigger problem.

It isn’t a fair question to ask a member of this forum if your car is safe to drive. You’ll have to use your own judgment to make that decision.

As previously mentioned, twice, a likely cause is a failing 12V battery. Having replaced a 12V battery in a Clarity, I can tell you that all of those warnings appear once the car is powered up with the new battery. They will all clear after a few minutes.

Did the warnings clear on your vehicle?

Follow the advice provided. Have the battery tested, or just get a new one and install it.

Many people think that the 12v battery could not be at fault because it just work a few minutes ago. But I experienced that for myself. It can suddenly fail with no indications at all. The system is looking for a certain voltage when powered on and if it's not good enough at that moment then it shows a lot of faults, that's because all those systems need 12v to operate. I always carry one of those 12v lithium battery jumpers in my car now in case I run into a similar issue.
