Climate control doesn't work

Hello,
I've had my 2018 Clarity for 2 1/2 years. The AC and heating work perfectly when the car is running. However, I'm having trouble with both the key fob and the app when I try to activate the climate control remotely. The key fob doesn’t seem to respond at all, and the Honda app takes a minute or two to load before showing a connection failed message. Has anyone else experienced similar issues or know of any potential solutions?

Yes. I had to reach Hondalink support. There was something amiss with their system. It took them a couple of days to fix it. Are the other hondalink functions working, like locating the vehicle, charge/ fuel updates etc?

HondaLink has always reported my Clarity's charge and fuel levels, but it's been a long time since it was able to display my odometer (two hyphens), activate Remote Climate ("Unable to turn on the climate..."), or find my car. Actually, it has a very generatl idea of where my car is (I cropped out South America so the location dot wasn't too small to see in a 400-pixel high image):
