If it is worth $10 for you to have the instructions for removing the dashboard trim, you can get Honda's own instructions at techinfo.honda.com ($10 for a one-day subscription to Service Express). I saw them there; did not save them, other than an overview of the upper dash components (see attached), but all the docs are assuredly there. Just enter "Dashboard" in the search window and you'll find all you need.
Keep in mind that in the instructions for removing part C, there are often instructions for removing parts A and B listed as "prior steps", so you need to get all the nested documents.
The set of docs labeled "Dashboard Engine" or something like that also shows also where there are penetrations for cables to come through the firewall, as I recall. if that is needed.
