Bluelink remote HVAC start

I had a problem with the remote climate start working, but then immediately shutting down, within 30 seconds (you could look through the car window and see the climate control lights come on, and then shut off).
I brought it to the dealer and they did some stuff and fixed it. I think they might have just reset it or something. Been fine for 18 months since then.
 
I haven't got October, November, December 2021 or Jan 2022 health reports. And online, the October 2021 report is missing. February 2022 the email reports started up again.

As I looked a the reports though, another question popped up .... Looking at my February 2022 Health Report, something is off.....

The Feb report states that I travelled 1,038 km.
The Feb report then states:
Total power consumption 1,961 KWh
Electric Power consumption (Motor) 1,484 KWh
Electric Power consumption (Climate control) 329 KWh
Electric Device Power consumption 148 KWh
Regenerated Power (KWh) 333​

Doing the math, if the total power consumption (motor+climate+device) was 1961, and I regenerated 333, then in theory the 1628 kWh difference would have been made up from my home charging.....
(My January Health report stated 2569 kwh total consumption, 358 kwh regen, resulting in 2211 kwh (in theory) from home charging.

My ENTIRE home electric consumption was 2694 kwh for January (with the -20C temps we had), including heat lights, dryer, stove, etc. Sure, the reporting periods are not the same, but this would mean the vehicle consumed over half of my home's power in a month. That is simply not the case!

Even if I assume 20% Kona battery consumed 6 days a week for a month (based upon my normal daily drives) this is 64kwH*20%*6days*4 weeks = 307 kwh in a month. Nowhere close to the Health report's numbers.

I checked Torque Pro tonight, and the "Cumulative Energy Charged" number shows 1456 kwh at the moment. Again, something is out to lunch.

Is there a way to actually get (from the car) the amount of energy that the Kona receives from the charger? I have a dumb charger, so no meter there.
 
Interesting. I never really noticed or rather made this connection before. My house consumption last month was 650kwh but my report says the car used 5600kwh. And now that I check past reports (and actually pay some attention to the numbers!) it's obvious that the reported energy use by the car is totally wacky. I use a few hundred kwh for my entire house/month and I charge entirely at home. There's no way these usage numbers make sense. Is it simply a missing divisor? A misplaced decimal point?

I created an Excel spreadsheet for keeping track of the KWh used in home charging my Kona. I have attached a PDF view of the results for my Kona for the last few months. I tried to upload the spreadsheet but the forum won't it.

I assume your column E is the SOC when you plug in, and it appears you must be charging to 100% each time?
Have you been able to reconcile kwh reported by the Kona to either your spreadsheet calcs, or the GrizzlE?

My numbers reported by Bluelink from the car cant be correct, else I'd have consumed 32000 kwh for charging alone over 15 months, and my whole house uses 18000 kwh annually....

My Bluelink numbers look like yours, that is why I created the spreadsheet. Yes, I recharge to 100% every time I get down to 50%, I have always recharged at home. My Grizzl-E is a dumb EVSE so there is no data coming from it. I do notice a jump in my online BC Hydro usage Data on the days I recharge. It coincides with the recharge KWh Data in my spreadsheet.
